Cancellation Policy

Legal Notice By booking any of our audiovisual services, you agree to the Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy of Frame Dev LLC. All bookings are managed through Wix.com, which integrates third-party services for payment processing, scheduling, and identity verification. Please review our policies before confirming your reservation. 1. Booking Confirmation A booking is considered confirmed only after the payment of the required deposit (if applicable) or full amount. You will receive a confirmation email once the transaction is processed successfully. 2. Deposit & Payment Some services require a non-refundable deposit to secure your date and time. The remaining balance must be paid before or on the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include debit/credit cards, PayPal, or payment services integrated via Wix. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling You may reschedule your booking at no cost up to 72 hours before the event. Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the scheduled service may be eligible for a partial refund (excluding the deposit). Cancellations within 72 hours of the event may not be eligible for refunds, except under exceptional circumstances (see Refund Policy). 4. Late Arrivals & No Shows Late arrivals by more than 30 minutes without prior notice may result in reduced service time. No-shows will be considered a forfeiture of service and are non-refundable. 5. Additional Services & Overtime Additional hours or extra services (e.g., ceremony, pre-wedding sessions) must be booked separately and are not included in base packages. Overtime is subject to availability and will incur additional charges. 6. Special Conditions for Minors Clients under the age of 18 must be represented by a parent or legal guardian. A signed consent form will be required prior to any session involving minors. 7. Communication & Changes All changes to bookings must be communicated in writing to info@framedev.io or through the Wix platform. We are not responsible for miscommunications made via informal channels like DMs.
